Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch is the founder and CEO of Lincoln-Goldfinch Law – Abogados de Inmigración, with an office in Cypress, Texas. She studied at The University of Texas School of Law and became a Texas attorney in 2008. Her path in immigration law began during law school, when she met and helped families seeking asylum at an immigration detention center. After graduation, Kate continued helping immigrant families through an Equal Justice Works fellowship at American Gateways. Today, she leads a bilingual team that assists with family immigration, Green Cards, citizenship, deportation defense, asylum, U visas, VAWA, and other immigration matters.
