Cushion pads

We are engaged in manufacturing of Lamination pads or cushion pads for hot presses. Lamination Pads find extensive application in laminating process of particle board, plywood, HDF and also for HPL. We use imported silicone from Wacker, Germany for manufacturing our lamination pads, which is, high temperature, high fatigue and high pressure resistant. It has a good cushioning effect and stable quality. They can endure high temperature continuously and transfer heat uniformly. Our cushion pads are more resistant to oil turbidity and have a longer service life. At present, our lamination pads it is the preferred choice for most melamine laminating manufacturers. Cushion Pads The standard sizes for Cushion Pads are: 4*8ft (1470*2850mm) 4*9ft (1470*3100mm) 6*9ft (2100*3100mm) 6*12ft (2100*4300mm) Length of our Cushion Pads can also be customized according to customer needs, if required.
