UCM800 SEMI-AUTOMATIC UPCUT MITER

The UCM800 is a single head upcut miter saw complete with a Ø800mm carbide tipped blade for precision cutting of Aluminum and PVC material. The fully adjustable blade advancement system lets you control the stroke of the hydro-pneumatic cylinder. Rotation of the table is manual with fixed stops at 90°/45°/-45°, intermediate positions from 22.5° on the right to 22.5° on the left by pneumatic locking, This machine is equipped with a digital angle display for easy operator use. The start cycle of the blade is determined through an inverter, which allows the set up of blade advancement only when the desired RPM is reached; this device allows obtaining both a better starting and stopping of the blade. The machine is designed to perform cuts of large sized profiles, in aluminum, PVC and non ferrous metals. The upward movement of the blade cuts with little pressure on the profile and facilitates precise and accurate cutting. Dust collection can be achieved through the evacuation port located on the rear of the machine.
