At KIMS Cuddles, we aim towards maintaining good health of the mother and the baby. Proper rest and intake of the nutrients are important for good health of both. The postpartum period begins after the birth of the baby and lasts till six to eight weeks. This is one of the most critical periods as far as the health of the baby and the mother is concerned. During this period the mother rebuilds her body by taking proper rest and healthy food and learning to adjust with the changes that have taken place due to her delivery.

At KIMS Cuddles, we diagnose the current status of the baby’s and the mother’s health, and then advice the required nutrients, diet and medication for both of them. Our experts design programmes to boost your energy levels, manage stress better, make you feel calmer as you go about your day-to-day activities and transfer a calm attitude to your child. We help you select fitness activities that you enjoy and that suits your personality. Get back to your old shape and stay fit while taking compassionate care of your baby.
