Tint Veteran Installation Contract

This Agreement is between Tint Veteran (CA License #816297) and the Buyer. By digitally approving the proposal, the Buyer agrees that Tint Veteran will perform the work described. A 50% non-refundable deposit (once materials are ordered) is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments will incur fees, and non-payment may result in a mechanics lien. Same-day reschedules or cancellations after installers are en route will include a $75–$300 trip charge. The Buyer must provide clear access and remove valuables. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration, and warranties from the manufacturer apply after full payment. This Contract is governed by California law and represents the full agreement.
