Amanda Banks Lubbock

Dr. Banks currently serves as the Chief Equity Officer at Integral Care (Austin, Travis County), the largest Local Mental Health Authority in Texas. In this capacity, she leads the efforts of embedding a racial equity framework across the entire agency. Her background in race equity includes working with state agencies, public schools, nonprofits, grassroots organizations, and faith-based entities.
