Anslow Building Surveyors is an independent, family-run residential surveying practice based in Altrincham, Trafford, serving Greater Manchester, Cheshire and the wider North West. Led by Chris Anslow BSc (Hons) MRPSA, who has approaching two decades of surveying and property inspection experience, the practice provides RPSA Level 1 Home Surveys, Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys, alongside pre-completion snagging inspections, property defect surveys and buy-to-let surveys.
Every inspection is carried out personally by an RPSA-certified surveyor, independently of estate agents, lenders and developers. Reports are written in plain English and include photographs, condition ratings, prioritised findings and practical advice
