DJ Alloy Wheel Refurbishment can reproduce a Diamond Cut finish on our state of the art CNC Turning Lathe. Diamond cutting is a very precise process and takes longer to reproduce than a typical powder coated alloy wheel. The refurbishment of diamond cut wheels is impossible to do as a painted repair and in most mobile cases as it requires the use of a CNC lathe. In todays market a lot of manufactorers fit diamond cut alloys to their vehicles from factory as well as aftermarket brands also producing the same CNC finishes. They are a desirable, shiny wheel finish, which can be applied to the full face and lip of the wheel and are combined with 100's of different colours.
