Our products are based on a groundbreaking digital molecular barcoding technology, originally conceived at the Institute for Systems Biology (ISB) in Seattle under the visionary guidance of Dr. Leroy Hood. In 2008, we introduced the nCounter Analysis System to the world, marking the commencement of international sales operations with its initial multiplexed assays for gene expression analysis. Breaking New Ground with GeoMx DSP In 2019, we unveiled our first spatial platform, the GeoMx DSP. This revolutionary technology enables highly multiplexed spatial profiling of RNA and protein targets across diverse sample types, including challenging Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded (FFPE) tissues. The unparalleled combination of high-plexity and high-throughput spatial profiling empowers researchers to rapidly and quantitatively explore the biological implications of tissue heterogeneity. To date, it has contributed to the publication of over 60 peer-reviewed studies.
