Abled Athletes provides adaptive sports training and fitness programs for children and young adults of all abilities. Our certified educators and coaches offer one-on-one and small group sessions that build confidence, skills, and teamwork through sports. Based in New York, we proudly accept OPWDD Self-Direction and partner with families to create inclusive, empowering athletic experiences.
