Ever since moving to Saratoga in 1993, Jason Friedman has envisioned opening a deli for the locals like the ones he grew up eating at in the neighborhoods of Long Island.
These delis had soul. They did things the right way and didn’t take shortcuts.
We hope you’ll find Fat Paulie’s Delicatessen a fitting tribute to the ideals of these old school delis, and a nice addition to the already great delis and restaurants that Saratoga has to offer.
