Our practice is focused entirely on probate and guardianship law. That means every ounce of our knowledge and experience goes into guiding families through processes like probate administration and, when needed, probate litigation. We’ve helped local families set up Guardianships for vulnerable loved ones, create Management Trusts to protect long-term financial stability, and use Probate Mediation to resolve disputes with less stress. We also assist with simpler matters like preparing an Affidavit of Heirship or Small Estate Affidavit, always with the goal of making things as smooth as possible.
