Our work starts with your call. We make sure that your matter matches our expertise. If you need estate planning in Brooklyn or anywhere else in New York State, we are your attorneys.
? Problem analysis
After the initial screening over the phone, the matter/issue goes to one of our attorneys who performs estate planning analysis and a comprehensive review of our capabilities for taking you on as a client.
? Ethics and conflicts
Ethics come first. We run comprehensive conflicts searches for all of our new matters and only after we ensure full conflict clearance, we reach out to you with an engagement proposal.
? Our work
We work on your matter using a creative approach to estate planning issues and tax analysis. We test ourselves by brainstorming over your situation and challenging it from different angles.
