Hello, I am Rachel Sunda. On our journey together, we will focus on uncovering your true desire for happiness and having that be met in a relationship with your world and those you interact with. By clearing away the noise of defence mechanisms that no longer serve you, you can further embrace your true self in the way you relate to yourself and to one another.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I also hold a Masters degree from Tyndale University in clinical counselling. I have been in private practice therapeutically using various counselling modalities for over 20 years.
