Originally from Green Oaks, IL - Dr. Jack grew up in this area and has always aspired to serve its community as a Chiropractor & Physician. He appreciates the vast history of Chiropractic but strives to push it to new limits as the practice scope grows to encompass more comprehensive physical and functional medicine.
