Concise X Training (CXT) is a family owned business that has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Married couple Vincent (Vinny) and Hannah are fully qualified Personal Trainers who specialise in Fat Loss. Over the years they have run Bootcamps, competed in CrossFit competitions, Bodybuilding competitions and played sport at a professional level to give them the experience they have today. Their passion and enthusiasm to helping people drive them to motivate the community to improve their health and fitness by educating the clientele a balanced, sustainable and active lifestyle.
