The Fitness Specialists are an independent, Private Personal Training facility located in Rosalie, Paddington. We help successful people get maximum enjoyment, fulfillment and satisfaction from there life. Because when you look and feel fantastic, everything in life is better.Owners Chris Williams and Phill Grouls are fully qualified personal trainers and have a combined 25 years experience. We are both qualified in bio-mechanics, rehabilitation, nutrition, pre and post natal. Chris is a 500 hour yoga and meditation teacher. Phill has a background in Martial Arts.
