Kelly Helfet is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Digital Health and Wellness Level 1 Professional (CDHWP) who specializes in treating addiction, digital use issues, personality disorders, family and relationship strain, grief and loss issues, anxiety, and depression. She has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families achieve lasting recovery and empower them to challenge regressive ways of thinking and behaving that impede upon their ability to grow and move forward toward a healthier and more productive life. She believes that no obstacle is too difficult to overcome, provided there is appropriate support and healthy coping skills being utilized to assist the process.
