He has completed his MBBS from Indra Gandhi Medical College, Shimla, and did his master’s in eye surgery (M.S. Ophthalmology) from Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi. He then worked as a senior resident for 3 years in the Vitreo-retina and Cataract unit of the Department of Ophthalmology at LHMC, New Delhi.
