One Therapy London

One Therapy gives counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples counselling for couples around several locations in central London. We have a large team of certified, registered counsellors and psychotherapists, and each therapist brings a wealth of training and expertise to their work. We see adult clients over the age of 18. We have contemporary, comfortable and exclusive therapy rooms. We have been in central London since 2006. Since that time we have assisted our clients explore as well as resolve a broad range of personal life concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, sex and sexuality issues, loss and bereavement, career and work-related problems, health issues, anger problems and many other personal issues. There is no limitation to what can be discussed in therapy.
