AaravYoga founded by Aanad (Yoga Master and Healer) from India. He started his Yoga practice in 2002 and is qualified with a master degree in Yogic Science from Dev Sanskriti University, Haridwar Uttrakhand, India. His approach is towards Holistic health, which works on your complete wellbeing physical, mental, emotional & spiritual. Our Yoga instructor offers Hatha Yoga, Power yoga, Artistic Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Aqua yoga & Pranic Healing and Reki sessions.
