Cara McGrath is a certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor and together with her husband Richie who is also a certified Yoga Instructor, they have 16 years experience delivering quality movement classes to clients of all levels. Cara McGrath Pilates offers live online pilates and yoga classes on a regular timetable and members enjoy the flexibility of joining Live through Zoom, In-Person at the Studio or taking a class from an extensive video library in their own time. Both the online live class schedule and the In-Person class schedule are available from the website and comprise of over 10 classes weekly, mornings and evenings most days each week. Cara McGrath Pilates is based in Wexford but offers online membership to you anywhere in the world. Outside of Covid lockdown, there are live in-person classes in New Ross and the Hook Peninsula.
