A Family Tradition from the Inland Empire Since 1898With origins dating back to the 1800's, Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning has a long, proud history. Starting with a man named Terry Vernon Davenport, a small plumbing and tinning business was founded in Redlands, CA. Shortly thereafter, Terry hired his son-in-law, Harry Higdon, and functioned as Harry's mentor, guiding him as he developed his skills in heating and plumbing.In 1898, a guy named Henry Fisher established a heating and plumbing business, naming it the Redlands Plumbing Company. Finally, he would sell his business to Harry Higdon in 1938. Harry would instruct his son, Don, the trade. Don would come to buy the business himself 1961, bringing his own son, Rick, in as a partner in 1978. The name was altered to Redlands Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, the present owner, Tyler Miner, could start working for the firm part-time in 1991 while he was in high school.
