Marlow Counselling provides warm, professional counselling for children aged 9+, teenagers and adults in Marlow and online. I’m Josie, a BACP-registered integrative counsellor with extensive experience supporting children, young people and families.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore challenges including anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity, school-related difficulties and family concerns.
My approach to counselling is shaped around you, helping you make sense of difficult thoughts and feelings, build confidence and resilience, and finding practical ways to move forward.
