Mass Care Link started serving the Southcoast by connecting families in need of care with information and support to use the Adult Foster Care programs to help them care for loved ones at home.Mass Care Link’s founders interacted with elders and disabled adults who needed help. Focused on overcoming language and cultural barriers that prevented these populations from accessing or even learning about care options and benefits, Mass Care Link’s founders created an organization dedicated to inclusivity, with a team reflecting the diversity of the members they serve.Besides having skills, experience and compassion, Mass Care Link team members, case managers and nurses understand that their members and caregivers deserve their patience and time. Taking the time to explain, to help and to listen adds a basic quality of care Mass Care Link requires in every patient/provider interaction.
