Micara Estates-Tanza, developed by Property Company of Friends, Inc. (PRO-FRIENDS), is an affordable housing development that seeks to provide Filipinos with affordable homes that express the care that they have for their families. Established in 2014, “Micara” was coined as a play on the words “My Care”, which reflects how home buyers view their homes as the ultimate expression of their care for their family.
