BE Fit Modern Pilates brings high intensity, low impact Modern Pilates to Newport Beach. Our studio sits at 1723 Westcliff Drive in Westcliff Plaza, near Dover Drive and 17th Street, a short drive from Newport Heights, Dover Shores, the Back Bay, Balboa Peninsula, and Corona del Mar. Every class runs 45 minutes on the XFormer, built on Slow Resistance Training: slow tempo, constant tension, and real strength work without pounding your joints. The X-Perience is our MAKE IT SHAKE method. All levels welcome, with instructors modifying as you go. Classes start at 5 AM weekdays and run through the evening.
