The platform is used in particular by pharmacies and doctors to connect with patients to order medicines or medical services online, especially for online treatment for the purpose of preparing prescriptions and sickness certificates. Doctors who are authorised to issue a certificate of incapacity for work WITHOUT medical consultation operate internationally and offer their services exclusively online. As a result, there is no need for these doctors to have a physical office or licence in the patient’s country.
