My journey in empowerment coaching began when…. I trusted the inner call to create a women’s empowerment group at a leading destination medical center in Florida. I was able to align with an enterprise employee resource group to educate and empower workers. I led a team that created specific trainings to help women throughout the organization (and across the United States) level up in their lives whether it be personal or professional.
