Sally Merrick is a psychologist in Harvest Hills, Calgary, Alberta. She believes in approaching mental health holistically and experientially. She works from a neurobiologically and trauma-informed perspective. She utilizes body-centred approaches, emotion-focused approaches, and mindfulness in her work with clients. She believes in helping clients develop self-awareness and a deeper understanding of the more unconscious feelings and beliefs that influence thoughts and behaviours.
