David Glenn Spivak is the owner of the Spivak Law Firm. He is experienced in handling employment law matters. He has been practicing law since 1995. His experience has been almost exclusively in the area of employment law representing employees with claims of wrongful termination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, discrimination, wage and hour, and family and medical leave violations.
