Total Zen Janitorial was started in San Diego by two former property management company owners who were tired of cleaning companies that always disappointed. It became next to impossible to find a company that was professional and committed, let alone a company that could actually…clean. When starting Total Zen Janitorial, every aspect of the cleaning business was broken down to the basics in order to provide clients with the service they desired in the first place.

At Total Zen we understand there is a difference between a housekeeper and a commercial cleaner and test every potential employee to ensure that our commercial cleaners actually know how to do the job.

We also understand that no two properties are the same and as such having cookie cutter pricing structures would provide our clients with the subpar results that led them to looking for a new company.
