Dowell, who is a certified Horticulturalist and Design study graduate from UBC, with a passion for the art of landscape design and construction. Tri Star has the experience and staff on hand to become your full-service provider for your residential and commercial Irrigation and Landscaping needs. As an Edmonton family, owned business, covering the Edmonton and central Alberta area. Our entire staff takes tremendous pride in our workmanship, reliability and communication. In addition to our on-site staff of experts, we have developed long term partnerships with landscape architects that allows us to handle even the most complex of projects.
