Palm Beach Memory Care is singularly focused on Memory Care. the community entirely is dedicated to serving residents who are living with Alzheimer’s or other neurological disorder that prohibits them from living on their own or in a lower acuity environment such as Independent or Assisted Living. Our team employs evidence-based tools to help our residents, families, and others maintain connections that will emphasize each resident’s strengths and promote independence while providing unique opportunities for socialization.
