Team Up Mentoring

Team Up serves a very unique population of young people -- so unique, that they represent only 1% of the population. Team Up works with young people ages 3 through 21 who have endured a significant amount of trauma TEAM UP SERVES A UNIQUE POPULATION WITH A UNIQUE APPROACH Fostering generational change for families affected by trauma. Team Up Mentoring is a case management and mentoring nonprofit serving young people affected by trauma.
