I designed and built the DayNinja App for my own use and later released it to the world in 2016 hoping others would benefit. However, I found in talking to users that the app itself was not enough. If I was to really help, I needed to teach people how to think and make decisions. The DayNinja Method is the result of years of analysing what made me personally perform at my best. This involved measuring all aspects of life, not just my work hours, more than anything I found it was mostly about what was in my head.
