The surrounding Nantahala National Forest or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park offers trout fishing opportunities in their many mountain streams, and many hiking, biking, and horseback riding opportunities on their scenic mountain trails including the epic Tsali Recreation Area-Mountain Bike Trails. The famous Appalachian Trail crosses highway 19 just 1 mile west of your RV site.
