Zenith Behavioral Health, located in the heart of Phoenix, AZ, offers a recovery-focused and person-centered integrated model of care for adults and adolescents. Our two tracks of individualized treatment programs include addiction treatment for adults that features alcohol and drug detox and; residential treatment programs for adolescents between the ages of 13 and 17 who are struggling with substance use disorders, mood and trauma disorders, co-occurring disorders, and more. Your care in our inpatient program will be guided by a unique treatment plan that reflects and addresses your specific needs and goals. Our rehab accepts AHCCCS Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans.
