DS3010 is digital synchronous control panel for seam welding machines with group setting for multiple welds on a item and counter for each program and 10x weld time configurable and thermostat connections for over-temperature safety. Specifications:- Supply :- 415 Volt +10% -15%, 50/60 Hz Programs :- 10 Memories for Timers, Current and Counter. Counter :- 5 Digit, Separate for each program. Timers :- 3 Timers. Squeeze, weld, and off timer. Time :- 1 to 99 Pulses for each timer (1 = .02 sec.). Spot Group :- 1 to 10 spots can set for a job. Stitch :- Stitch or Plain weld mode selectable. Firing Power :- Suitable for 50 to 1200 amp SCR’s Thermostat :- NC type Thermostat Input Others :- Weld On / Weld Off Button, Solenoid valve Test button, Emergency stop and weld test button.
