DS312A Double Head Projection Welding Panel

The DS312A panel is made for duel head projection welding machine, that is used to save connected electric supply by placing two operators on a projection welder, when one operator is preparing item to weld the other operator can weld same or other item with different settings. The weld time is configurable to 1x or 10x time and panel has thermostat input to protect machine in case of over-heat due to overload or water failure. Specifications:- Supply :- 415 Volt +10% -15%, 50/60 Hz Programs :- 10 Memories for Timers, Current and Counter. Individual setting for both operators in groups like 1st program for 1st operator and 2nd program of 2nd operator so on 3/4, 5/6, 7/8 & 9/10 Counter :- 5 Digit, Separate for each program. Timers :- 4 Timers. Squeeze, weld, hold and off timers. Time :- 1 to 99 Pulses for each timer (1 = .02 sec.), and weld time can be configured for 10 to 990 Pulses. Spot Group :- 1 to 10 spots can set for a job. Repeat Mode :- Yes, Auto or manual mode selectable.
