“TEMPO” make a tray dryer are with the forced air circulation provided by means of motorized blower fitted on the oven for recirculation of air which ensures a homogeneous hot air mixture and an exact temperature profile. Temperature range – 50°C to 200°C Temperature accuracy – ±0.1°C Supply – 440V, three phase Construction Double walls are constructed on heavy angles. All sides of the ovens are insulated with 7.5 cm thick glass wool insulation to minimize ski temperature. The panels are designed in such a way that the inner and outer wall contact to minimize the heat losses through conduction. Technical Specification Controlling System Microprocessors based autotune PID temperature controller with & dual display of set value & process value for precise control of temperature with PT 100 sensor is used for temperature. Heating System SS tubular heating elements used on the side walls to maintain a uniform temperature condition inside the chamber. Air Circulation The motorized blower fitted on the top side of the chamber develop unique airflow system which ensures maximum temperature distribution inside the temperature. The unique airflow assures that there is a quick recovery after the doors are opened. Features Double walled two doors provided with silicon gasket at front side, heavy duty hinges and ball latch locking system. Safety Features Safety standby thermostat cuts off the heater supply in case of overshoot of temperature.
