Mark is Keystone Law Firm’s litigation attorney. He handles our clients’ contested probate matters, so he’s the guy in the battlefields with you. Behind the scenes, he’s perfecting the pleadings and streamlining the system so that our clients can utilize his knowledge to the fullest.

Mark has spent his entire career in finance law, including state and local tax. He is from Dallas, Texas. Mark holds a B.S. in accounting and an M.S. in accounting from Texas A&M University. He worked at Ernst & Young, LLP, in Houston. Mark moved to Arizona to attend law school at Arizona State University and has remained here since his graduation.

His legal career began at the Arizona Department of Revenue as a tax attorney. Mark then worked at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office in the tax section where he litigated five tax types. Mark next worked for the City of Phoenix as the City’s finance attorney where he covered bankruptcy, payroll tax, transaction privilege tax audit, debt financing, collections, controller, investments, banking, procurement, and more.

In his spare time, Mark likes to race in the Ironman and exercise. He can often be found on mountain trails before sunrise.
