A very important part of the body is the kidneys. two bean-shaped organs are your kidneys, each one about the size of your hand. They are located behind your abdominal organs, on either side of your spine, with one kidney. The kidneys are responsible for removing waste materials, medications, and toxins from our urine. These organs also generate hormones that help in the development of red blood cells and help control blood pressure.
