Weight Loss Programmes At Dhanwantri Kerala Ayurve

Dhanwantri Kerala Ayurved has a very effective approach to managing your weight while promoting good health and overall well being. Because of its understanding of the qualities of food and their relation to dosha and constitution, we can help you get rid of what is in excess (causing toxins and creating health problems), as well as to understand what may be preventing you from achieving your optimal weight according to your constitution and level of activity. At Dhanwantri, weight loss or gain is not about counting calories. It is about bringing harmony back into the way you eat your food and live your life. It is about bringing awareness to your constitution, your lifestyle, your habits and your health. It is also about learning to remove excess kapha (excess weight) or to balance vata (insufficient weight). We have had great results adding weight management programs to a regular constitutional treatment and Ayurvedic regime. While following a traditional Ayurvedic approach to health and dosha imbalance, you can integrate diet and lifestyle changes that will not only improve your health, but also help you lose or gain weight, according to your desire and constitution. This is not a quick-fix or diet-pill type of program. As with any other health issue, our approach is focused on balancing the doshas, and will take into consideration all other aspects to support you in the management of your weight. An individualized Panchakarma program can also prove beneficial for weight management, as it removes any excess dosha and accumulated toxins that prevent you from properly digesting and absorbing nutrients from foods and supplements.
