Avenida Care Villa is a home-based facility which provides a level of care to persons 60 and older who are unable to live safely by themselves but who do not need 24-hour skilled nursing care. We also serve persons 60 and older who may want to live independently but may need companionship.

AVENIDA CARE VILLA is an Assisted Living Facility, also known as an Elderly Care Facility, RCFE or a Retirement Home. We are defined & regulated by California’s Title 22, as a housing arrangement which is chosen voluntarily by the resident, the resident's guardian, conservator or other responsible person. We are a non-medical residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE).

OUR LOCATION

Avenida Care Villa, is located in Riverside CA. We are in a great established area of Mission Grove, in the Orange Crest area. We are conveniently located near shopping centers, malls, movies and other entertainments and within close driving distance to the historical downtown Riverside. This amazing single-story facility/home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view. This property has a beautiful landscape, it is elegantly decorated & offers comfort & assurance care.

ORIGIN

Avenida Care Villa - Assisted Living, originated with a vision to offer “Quality of Life” to our aging community. It began as part of a sociology research project. The owners of Avenida Care Villa discovered the reality of how neglected and mistreated our elderly community has been over the past several decades. Elderly abuse can lead to depression and sometimes death. As a result of this horrendous discovery, Avenida Care Villa was born with the idea of providing compassion, love, serenity, respect, dignity, safety, cultural inclusion, graceful aging, and a high “quality of life” to aging adults during their final stage of life.

WE SERVE

Avenida Care Villa is a home-based facility which provides a level of care to persons 60 and older who are unable to live safely by themselves but who do not need 24-hour skilled nursing care. We also serve persons 60 and older who want to live independently but may need companionship and safety.

RESIDENTS

Residents at Avenida Care Villa may be autonomous but may also need some assistance with "Activities of Daily Living,"(ADL's). Some residents may prefer to have full independence while others may need more personal care and attention. We provide companionship respect, dignity and/or just simple reminders to take medication or assistance with incontinence, housekeeping or other ADL’s etcetera.
